此映像文件包含2007 年5月8日前在Windows Update上发布的Windows安全更新程序。不包含其他Microsoft产品的安全更新程序。此CD映像旨在供管理大型跨国组织的公司管理员使用，他们需要下载每个安全更新程序的多种语言版本，并且不使用诸如WSUS这样的自动解决方案。使用此映像可同时下载所有语言的多个更新程序。
